1.This offer is valid on ADCB Meethaq Privilege Club Debit Card and ADCB ADCB Excellency Debit Card. This offer is not valid on ADCB Easy Pay Debit Card or Smart Debit Card.
2. MARHABA shall offer all MasterCard Premium Cardholders, i.e. all holders of a valid ADCB Meethaq Privilege Club Debit Card or ADCB Excellency Debit Card the following benefits:
(i) Unconditional access to the MARHABA Lounges located in Terminals 1, 2 and 3 at Dubai International Airport (each, a “Lounge”) on the production of a valid MasterCard card and flight boarding pass at the point of entry.
(ii) Access to a Lounge shall not be denied to a ADCB Meethaq Privilege Club Debit Card or ADCB Excellency Debit Card holder at any time despite capacity or volume usages.
(iii) Up to two children below 12 years of age shall be allowed to enter the Lounge, on a complimentary basis, when they are accompanied by a ADCB Meethaq Privilege Club Debit Card or ADCB Excellency Debit Card holder. MARHABA shall be entitled to request and require a ADCB Meethaq Privilege Club Debit Card or ADCB Excellency Debit Card holder to remove accompanying children from a Lounge in the event that the children are noisy, unruly, or a nuisance to other Lounge users.
(iv) Each ADCB Meethaq Privilege Club Debit Card or ADCB Excellency Debit Card holder shall be entitled to purchase an additional access to the Lounge for guest/spouse/child etc. at the rate of AED70 per passenger provided always that full payment for this service is made using a MasterCard card.
3. Neither MasterCard nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, the “MasterCard Group”) assume any responsibility for the products or services offered under the Promotion. The products and services are sold or licensed or provided solely by the Merchant, its affiliates, agents or sub-contractors under such terms and conditions as determined by such vendors, and the MasterCard Group accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with the products and services; and
4. The products and services have neither been certified by the MasterCard Group nor tested for certification purposes by the MasterCard Group and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in the Promotion be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by the MasterCard Group.
5. MasterCard may change these terms and conditions, or any part thereof at anytime. All such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately.
6. If any part of these terms and conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provision of these terms and conditions.
7. No waiver by MasterCard of any of these terms and conditions shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any of these terms and conditions.
8. All terms and conditions are subject to amendment at any time upon written agreement between ADCB and MasterCard
